​Train like the pros in a high-energy and motivating environment under the expert guidance of Fedorov Hockey Academy. Fedor Fedorov and the Fedorov Hockey Academy (FHA) staff are excited to offer your team a one week elite hockey training camp that will be similar to a NHL preseason team training experience. The FHA Elite Team Camp is a week of training designed to help an entire team prepare for their upcoming season or event.

 

With all on ice and off ice sessions supervised and facilitated by Fedor Fedorov, retired NHL/KHL player. This camp will focus on the athletes skating conditioning, individual skill development, and game specific team situations to excel your team to the next level. Focusing on these areas will help your team get back into hockey condition for the start of the season. FHA Elite Team Camp will show your players the commitment it takes to play at the top of a AAA or Division I College hockey level.

FHA Is structured around U.S. & Russian training systems. Based on the fundamentals of individual development, with drills configured in a unique repetition format that have proven to give teams an advantage over their competition. FHA guides the players through a unique process that will build their self-confidence as an individual player and make them a great teammate. FHA will work with team coaches prior to arrival to customize the camp for their individual team.

FHA Elite Team Camp on ice sessions focus on players developing and refining technical power skating, posture, and balance, puck skills, agility and reaction skills, passing, shooting, puck movement, and team play. The team will participate in gym sessions each day with a primary focus on stretching, strength, and conditioning. The players will also learn about eating nutritional snacks and healthy meals during their visit with a nutritionist, hockey IQ / playing to your potential / being coachable /being a great teammate / leadership skills from an FHA Trainer, what it take to make it to the "BIG SHOW" with NHL/Junior/College recruiters, and work on sharpening their mental skills with a sports specialist.

3-4 Full Days (9am - 4:30/5pm) TBD

3 Hours On Ice Training 

2.5 Hours Off Ice Training

1 Hour Education

1 Hour - Lunch/Snack Time

FHA’s overall goal is to provide a safe team camp atmosphere, help hockey players improve on and off the ice, and to provide an overall team camp experience you won’t get anywhere else. FHA's player goal is to help the player become more confident and creative with the puck and increase their playmaking ability, turning their team into champions on and off ice. 

​

FAMILY FUN! Make it an all family vacation! While your player is on the ice, enjoy beautiful northern Michigan beaches, lakes, golf courses, dining, and much more.

Space is limited. Teams will be taken on a “first come, first serve” basis. Full payment is required at the time of registration. Contact FHA for pricing and  discounted registration fee options for multiple team training per week. Player housing and meals not included.
